Second Leash is an Arkansas nonprofit helping people keep their dogs during difficult periods such as incarceration, rehabilitation, housing instability, treatment, and other life crises. We provide temporary foster care and support so dogs can remain safe, loved, and connected to their people until they can be reunited. Our goal is simple: keep people and their pets together whenever possible.
